I LOVE this format of Leslie's walks and wish she would do more. Each 10-minute walk has a different theme, which is fun and adds variety. Also, the 10-minute format makes it so easy to add on a quick one walk when you are pressed for time or onto another workout, such as a toning workout for a burst of cardio. OR you can string together more than one 10-minute section for a longer workout. There are also longer combos that are preset for you. I really like the walkers in this and the music. Great addition to my walking collection. I also really like the healthy tips she gives in each walk.

this dvd is the best of all the ones I've Leslie. the set is amazing the workout is wonderful and if you put your sweats a lot.
Leslie take us on a real beach to walk please !!!
