This is a terrific ab/toning dvd and Jennifer and Kim make this dvd fun! But, the workouts themselves are really good! I liked it and Jen's exercises as usual are great andyou do feel it the next day. She does a good job expalining and showing you each move before you do them which I like. It's a fun good ab/toning workout! Very refreshing for a change!

This is a good workout, despite the presence of Kim Kardashian, who clearly thinks very highly of herself. It's sorta fun to watch her struggle through the exercises while her trainer, Jennifer Galardi, pushes her to her limits. Jennifer, by the way, is a master fitness instructor who has starred in several fitness videos of her own (Crunch, Prevention, and 10-Minute Solution workouts.) Jennifer's sweet sincerity is a perfect foil to Kim's “celebrity" attitude. I wish Kim had kept quiet while Jennifer instructed, but then, her starring role is the reason these workouts are being sold. As far as the actual workouts go, the combination of abdominal and upper body exercises make it a perfect full-body routine. There's nothing new here, it's just presented in a different and interesting way.

This workout was way too easy to be a good solid intermediate workout.  They show modifications but I am more likely to push myself if the more difficult moves are actually being performed by the exercisers.  Kim and her trainer are very chatty, to the point of distraction and they act like everything is so hard!  I didn't care for the music; it was like one VERY long song.  I did like the set.  A beginner may find this non-antimidating because Kim constantly talks about how hard the workout is for her.  Also this is categorized as aero/sculpt but there is really no cardio aspect to it.  I didn't break a sweat and found it so boring it was almost painful to get through.  Skip this one!
