I like to vary my workouts so I don't do any particular workout on a daily or even every other day basis but KCM is one of my favorites for weights/toning type workouts. I have several of KCM's and this one clicked the first time I tried it and I've done each workout and a few of the premixes. In each main workout she alternates a toning move then either cardio or shadow boxing and seems like each is repeated for 2x each. the total body premix goes through each 1x but from both workouts. the cardio is high impact in places but can be taken down - Lauren modifies as well but IMO some were still a bit high impact. I found myself trying some regardless and enjoyed the challenge.  I usually do the total body premix though I may try the sculpting & legs premix one of these days. the boxing is arms (no kicking) fun music and high energy in this one

I love that this is a circuit go from great cardio moves punches/kicks and so much more) to weight work. The moves are fun and effective. I love Kelly she does amazing strength work you can tell she knows what she is doing. There is a modifier as well this a great workout from beginner to advanced. A must buy.

This DVD is classic Kelly — well-designed, well-cued and challenging without being over the top. I particularly like the boxing and dynamic moves with dumbbells. Like the rest of her "30 Minutes to Fitness" series, “Circuit Burn” offers a wealth of premixes, making it great value for money.
