I love Karen and her precise cueing, plus the scenery is amazing. This felt more like a slow yoga workout to me than a stretch. It also included some ab work. I was looking for something that would make me feel good after I'd already worked out. But this feels more like a stand-alone program. I do like the options to split up the workout into 2 sections so it isn't so long.

This one gets into the right parts of my body for a good stretch... Sometimes I am a little rushed getting the props set up for the next position but that is probably because of my older (lol) body...

This is simply a wonderful way to reward yourself from all the hard work of exercising.  The scenery is lovely, Karen is sincere and gentle in her approach and the music compliments the whole stretch sequence beautifully.  There's nothing too hard or complicated, just some good old fashioned stretching done in a relaxing way. I recommend this workout to anyone looking for a way to recharge your batteries and take a "me" day.

I just got this in the mail today, and truth in advertising, I've only done the 25 minute "slow stretch" -- I skipped the 15 minute warm-up.    This is an excellent stretch, with yes, some familiar moves, but the scenery, music, Karen's soothing voice and excellent tips make it a definite cut above your average stretch.    Very nice!!
