I don't usually do Jillian as I prefer an instructor to workout WITH me.  However, I enjoy kick box and tried this.  I'm so glad I did!  Some of the moves have a learning curve but it was an excellent workout.  I like to do all 3 together for a solid hour.  I was sweating and loving it.  She gets the cardio going and managed to work alot of muscles.  Great form pointers and cueing, she's very motivating too!  Loved it!

Jillian is not as bas as normal in this one with her attitude. I enjoy kickboxing and this will give you a solid workout. It shows her background in martial arts and kickboxing. This a great cardio burn with less impact than running. Great dvd.
