The entire system is wonderful.  I'm certainly not a diehard Jillian Michaels fan -- I find Jillian to be obnoxiously in-your-face  in some of her earlier workouts -- but she's calmer and rather well-mannered here. :-) Great workouts and production values.  Can't beat getting it all done in 30 minutes, either!  I bought this system in 2013 and, three years later, still consider it to be one of my better fitness buys over the past 20 years.  If you're a high beginner/low intermediate exerciser, then Phase 1 is best suited for you.  Phase 2 is more suited for intermediate exercisers and Phase 3 ventures into advanced territory.

It works you out and its nice that there is a program to follow. The moves are typical Jillian and her barking is the same. I am getting tired of the same thing over and over again. But if your fan you will love it.
