Outstanding workouts in great locationis January 9, 2018

I have always liked Jenny Ford videos and this is another gem.  The stepping workouts are for beginners or folks that don't want  to kill their bodies with extreme high impact.  The locations are wonderful and as always, Jenny is a wonderfully motivating teacher.   I look forward to more of these workouts in new places.

Fantastic Stepping for Beginners or Older Adults January 5, 2018

I have just received this new DVD and finished watching it all the way through. All I can say is .. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Jenny! We all know that there are great advanced DVDs out there (like the ones from Cathe, for example), but those were always too complex for me. You have released a fantastic DVD for us older people (or beginners) and one of the best parts is the beautiful outdoor scenery that goes with it. "Oceanside", "Mt. Rushmore" and "Niagara Falls" are so right for me and am looking forward to doing the workouts.  And hurry Volume 2!
