Level One exercise DVDs show all exercises in both standing and seated positions, shown side by side. The three exercise days combine resistance exercises with cardiovascular activity while addressing limited range of motion and/or balance issues. In addition to the exercise DVDs, there is a DVD with other segments which are integral to this program, including a “how to” segment, a nutrition segment, and a segment on exercising with pre-existing injuries.
