Level Two exercise DVDs are fast paced and combine resistance exercises with cardiovascular activity showing both “in-home” and “gym equipment” versions side by side. In addition to the exercise DVDs, there is a DVD with other segments which are integral to this program, including a “how to” segment, a nutrition segment, and a segment on exercising with pre-existing injuries.

The Kit included 4 DVDs, fitness journal, stability ball and a set of 3 resistance bands. Each Workout is about 35-45 Minutes in length

Slow paced workouts alternate cardio & strength January 15, 2015

All in all, I'm glad that I purchased these workouts.  Right now, I need a slow paced set and I like that they alternate strength and cardio.  I feel like I'm slowly improving in both categories.  I like the instructor pretty well. His persona seems to be a laid-back country boy, but then my father is a country boy from Oklahoma and I married a country boy from West Virginia.  I do like that he gives lots of form pointers. I don't like that they have moves like jumping jacks and mountain climbers with no modifications offered.  I have no problem modifying them, but people who don't have as much experience might have some difficulty.
