Level One exercise DVDs show all exercises in both standing and seated positions, shown side by side. The three exercise days combine resistance exercises with cardiovascular activity while addressing limited range of motion and/or balance issues. In addition to the exercise DVDs, there is a DVD with other segments which are integral to this program, including a “how to” segment, a nutrition segment, and a segment on exercising with pre-existing injuries.

The Kit included 4 DVDs, fitness journal, stability ball and a set of 3 resistance bands. Each Workout is about 35-45 Minutes in length

I just wanted to say what a great program, I am a 80 year old been having trouble to fine a program that
I could do, this one I can and also if too much I can used the sitting down version. I especially like the punching exercises. I know I will keep doing one. Thank you for excellence dvd.

Bobby is a super friendly and down to earth guy with a nice Texas accent and he provides a safe and efficient workout for beginners here with this level 1 set! It is broken up into days, body part focused routines. No guesswork here. There are always 2 different background exercisers-one modifying very basic moves, the other more advanced and Bobby leading you thru every part of the routine. They are cardio and toning workouts and I think would be very good for beginners, older folks and those recovering from illness or injury or just an absence in working out. You use a ball, band/tubing and these cover every body part and are user-friendly!
