I own hundreds of exercise DVDs and this is my favorite strength workout! It's balanced, varied, low impact, core-focused and there is no downtime. It's doable for many fitness levels, as it's designed to work with both lower and heavier weights. The instructor gives tips to both increase and decrease the intensity. I highly recommend this workout.

After doing this a few times, I really like the mishmosh premixes.  I get a great workout when  I mix it with the blizzard blast, as it makes the workout a little more advanced. The ab segment is really great too.  I did think this was shoulder intensive, but still a good dvd with lots of options.  I don't know why she caked on so much make up, she doesn't need it. I highly recommend this one.

I love this workout. This is what I have been waiting for Cathe to make, a doable workout that is fun but challenging for those of us that cannot handle her usual advanced workouts. This is a non stop compound movement metabolic training workout that uses moderate weights, moderate pacing, and gives you several brief breathing breaks.  This is a great workout and changes moves very often so it is not at all boring. Please make more like this Cathe!!

I have to say that Cathe never disappoints me. I love this because it combines weights with aerobics.  I have been alternating this with the Rock'em Sock'em. I add the Icy Core to Rock'em and the chest routine to this so I have 60 minute workouts. I feel great! Thanks, Cathe for all your hard work making new and challenging workouts!

This is a challenging but fun workout. I've been using Cathe's workouts since the late 90s and have every one she's put out. This is perfect in terms of pace in that it will raise your HR but is not manic fast so you lose your form. It's a little unbalanced in that there is a lot of shoulder work and only one segment for chest (push ups).  The time went fast, which is always great!
