I like the 1st cardio workout and the step Blizzard Blast. The 2nd cardio segment was a little dry and too similar to all her other step drills.  I do love the ab segment, which I thought was pretty creative.  I hoped to like this one more than I did and I think I like Low Impact HiiT much better.    I am surprised for it being advertised as intermediate, that Cathe uses 2 sets of risers and has no modifier.  She really needs to work with the beat of the music. It gets irritating when she says don't go with the beat of the music.  Overall, there are a lot of options with this dvd, but I just found it, ok and nothing to really rave about.

Cathe's hiit workouts are always a bit much for me but this one is fun and doable.  I agree with reviewer Suzanne that this is hardly an intermediate workout.....really none of the ICE series are - they all seem INT/ADV to me.  They must be Cathe's version of intermediate, not to be confused with, say, a Lesley Sansone intermediate.  I find it odd that they don't even show a lower step height modification.  The workouts are solid but more "extreme" than classic intermediate.  EXCELLENT variety of premixes and add-ons.

I liked this much better than the Ripped with HIIT low impact workout. The floor section had some fun new moves and was challenging. The step segment definitely took it up a notch and felt more advanced than intermediate. While there were some familiar moves, some had a new spin on them. Cathe gave you rests that were a wee bit longer than usual, but they were welcome.
