5 stars because the workout works - I get great abs following Sandra's workouts.

Production value and music may be lacking for some, but nothing to deter you from getting the videos.  Easy to follow along (after the first few tries you will get it and not have to glance up at the TV if your head is pointing away) and can be modifiable, if needed.

Also tones your upper body and legs - but those moves also compliment the ab work.

I recommend getting the WAGS gloves to prevent wrist fatigue.

As stated in other HC reviews, these workouts are great for flattening the abs and providing great core strength.  You will also gain nice definition in your upper body and arms from all of the plank work.  Don't give up if you can't do all of the reps, keep notes and keep at it, you WILL improve.
