5 stars because the moves work!  I always get great definition doing Sandra's workouts.

Push-ups, planks, squats - all moves do ab work directly or as a compliment.  The moves are doable and modifiable.  You may stumble the first few times and have to glance at the TV, but you will get it quickly.

I recommend getting the WAGS gloves to prevent wrist fatigue.

This is haaard. But oh so effective. You may be wondering how she keeps on going while you are melting in a sweaty heap on your mat. Or maybe that's just me. I love all the plank variations as they are do excellent for core strength and all over strength.
