This is a great alternative to Leslie. I like low impact walking workouts and this is great to add to my collection. Like how it's got some dance moves. Amy is very likable.

This one is best done when no-ones watching so you can really throw yourself into the moves!  It lots of fun. The music is a bit the same sounding all the way through, even though the songs are actually different to each other.  Theres one point in the dvd where she does hold on a bit long to one move and you find yourself saying "ok, thats enough of that move." She takes it up a notch in intensity a few times for a brief power move but its still easy enough.  Overall I find this walking DVD to be the best I've tried and the most fun.  By throwing yourself into you get a sweat up.  And Amy is as usual fantastic to work out with, just like working out with a charming friend.

Amy is a blast of positive and high energy makes you feel like you are working out with your BFF. I love the style of walking with some hip hop dancing elements and don't let it scare you its easy to follow. A huge fun factor no dread to this one. I love doing this when I want to get some extra walking in if its raining or too cold. Great one to have in the DVD library.

If you happen to use a bungee rebounder, this routine with the Hip Hop bouncing style works great.  Alot more fun than most walking routines.
