I disagree with the reviewer who said this was a waste of money.  It depends on your exercise needs.  As I get older and wake up stiff, I find the dynamic stretching in this DVD is just what I need some mornings when I'm not feeling coordinated enough to do a complex choreography workout, hold poses longer in yoga or jump right into heavy weight workouts. The 3 workouts are slightly progressive, and not meant to be played in sequence - which would be repetitive. If you want a workout that will get you moving gently on those days you need an extra warmup or don't feel like working out at all, this is a great choice. Despite the flowing nature of the workout, they also chose very jazzy/funky upbeat music that I love, which motivates me to move more too.  I agree cuing could be better, so deducted one star, though I'd only take off 1/2 if I could. But I definitely won't get rid of this one... it's still a keeper for me.

This video was extremely repetitive.  Each section was almost identical and the cueing left much to be desired.  It was a waste of money.
