Proper shoulder function requires more than fifteen muscles and four joints, making the shoulder versatile but prone to injuries and imbalances. I've done only one section but previewed the other two. Regardless, I was so impressed with what I did and saw that I felt compelled to share how impressed I am with this little gem. I did the stabilization section. Kristina is a talented teacher. She guides you through each sequence, which moves at a deliberate but never boring pace. This is important because the moves are precise, so you need focus and body awareness. I felt it, both when I used a bad and when I didn't. There are sprinkles of entertainment and humor, and I must confess, my favorite spots featured Boop, the dog. I love that the athletes demonstrating are fit and diverse. This is going to be a several times a week workout for me, as I'm nearing age 53 and do a lot of shoulder intensive workouts like boxing and kickboxing. I think anyone would benefit from the techniques, even non athletes who spend a lot of time sitting behind a computer. Brava, Kristina!
