Lean is just right! November 3, 2015

I own all WHFN Fitprimes & Kickbutts. Lean is another great workout that done exactly as shown is truly a high beginner routine. But up the poundage and maybe even ankle weights when you can, and it'll be a solid intermediate workout. Kelli does a great job in this one. I use it often, and feel well worked but not exhausted.

I'm a big fan of the original Firm workouts filmed in the "mansion" setting so I thought I'd give this a try.  This workout is much, much lighter than most of the original series.  I think it should be rated "beginner".  My heart rate elevated only slightly and weighted sections were too short.  It is what it is and might be good for someone just starting out.  Kelli cues well.
