I found it to hectic and moved to fast to have good form. Plus it was boring nothing interesting got the moves. I am not a fan of this dvd.

These two 20 minute workouts are great! Extremely fast paced however, so it takes some getting use to the moves if you're a first timer. Don't get this DVD if you already have The Firm Express System (The pack with 13 DVDs). I brought this DVD before I brought the Express System and now I have double! But I'd certainly recommend these DVDs for anyone who is strapped for time and loves a little of cardio and toning in the one workout session.
