A step-by-step exercise program to strengthen the muscles that support healthy, injury-free running. This 20 minute program has four phases and 34 different exercises. Every three weeks you advance to the next phase where you do a different set of exercises to progressively strengthen your core and advance your running ability.

Itís the small muscles that support the major joints of the body and protect them from injury. Programs by FPR teach you exercises that activate and strengthen the small muscles of the body, called microactivation. This technique can help you train your small muscles to properly support your body and break the cycle of ongoing pain and injury.

Strengthen your core, pelvis and legs, using only your body weight, with a 20 minute session, 5 days a week. Every three weeks you advance to the next phase where you do a different set of exercises.

Every program by FPR is coached by a health care professional, not an actor. Your coach is with you every step of the way, providing encouragement, tips, and tricks to help you master each exercise.
