Four Great Workouts September 1, 2013

I loved each and everyone one of these cardio workouts.  I really enjoyed the bootcamp, kick and cardio the most.  The dance workout isn't my favorite but I do not really enjoy dance.  They are all effective and really get me sweating and burning calories.  I love that there are four workouts to choose from and they are all fun!  I highly recommend these workouts to anyone who loves to workout and lose weight and feel great!
