I have numerous Gin Miller DVDs, and this one was really excellent. Gin is a great instructor. always very motivating and providing different ways to do exercises.  She  completes a huge number of really good muscular moves.  The time flew by.  I highly recommend this DVD for people who want to enhance their weight lifting abilities.  I also loved her little doggy
