This DVD contains five 10-minute segments, each complete with a brief warmup and stretches. All segments work the core muscles differently - with planks, in a kneeling position, with a challenging straight/round back sequence, etc. - and other muscle groups are involved in the process. The voice-over cueing can be a little difficult to follow at first but the instructions are truly outstanding to ensure proper alignment and execution. Easier and more challenging variations of the exercises are demonstrated so there is room to grow with this DVD.
