This is a much different workout than her other 30 minute cardio workout Super Fast Body Blast which is more fast paced.  It is exactly what I expect from her, free flowing, easy on the joints, quick to learn, and enough to work up a light sweat without being out of breath.  Another great addition to my extensive Ellen collection.  If your looking for a high impact, fast paced, complicated footwork routine move on but if you want a feel good and fun workout that you actually look forward to doing this is for you.

This is a moderately paced workout. Ellen created allot of unique moves that was in keeping with her creative style yet expanding on it. I especially loved the chair/prayer pose all I can say is I felt wonderful doing this move and the "hopscotch" all new & this workout kept me feeling invigorated emotionally, spiritually & physically! I purchased a second copy just in case I wore the original out I do not want to wait on the shipping before I could do this workout again! Excellent value & innovative techniques awesome job Ellen!

I am so disappointed with this workout, its almost so slow. I didn't feel like I worked out. I waited almost 2 months for this to come out. I was expecting this workout to be as awesome as SuperFast body blast (30mins) & Sleek Sculpt Express (30mins) which far superior to this one.   I have all the 45min Ellen Barrett Live series as well and, this DVD doesn't measure up to those either. Sorry Ellen : (

This is a nice workout.  It felt a little like Ellen didn't know exactly what kind of workout to do.  Some parts are very slow, but then she adds sort of a flying plank.  This is a nice, compact workout.  Not my favorite but definitely a keeper.

I really enjoyed this new Ellen workout. Ellen's personality was so much fun! She seemed especially funny, conversational and relaxed, just like a friend working out with you. It was unique enough to warrant it as an addition to your EB collection, while still maintaining and Ellen-feel to it. It was not excessively challenging, but that's not really Ellen's style. It has some slow-moderate-tempo walking in place with gentle plyo jumps and hopscotch...enough, but not too many. She has an interesting core/lunge/down dog series, and more ballet-toning moves than previous dvds. She also includes some large range of motion moves that are her typical style. The time flew by and I felt really good after.
