The other reviewers went into detail so I'll be brief. This one is fun! Kari is a delight and specific with her cueing. There's no boredom to this workout. I like that it's mostly low impact, limited repetition,  and has great music. There is a learning curve but that keeps it interesting. It also has great chaptering. I often pick out 2 sections for cardio add-ons, but end up doing more. Definitely a keeper!

I have mixed feelings about this workout. On the positive side, the instructor is great, the music is very good, and the moves are dancy, low impact, and a lot of fun.

On the downside, I found that some of the combinations seemed unfinished. In a few cases she tacked on some simple chasse's to finish the song.

I also found the intensity to be quite low. This could get better when I've had the workout longer and am more comfortable with the combinations. I  remember the original Sweat Express being a lot more intense than this, but it's been almost 10 years since I did that one. I'm not normally someone who thinks every workout needs to be super intense, but this one was lower than I was hoping for.

Overall, though, this is a keeper. It's lower intensity, lower impact, has good music, and is a lot of fun to do. I've been looking for a DonnaMite replacement for years, and I think this could be it!

I LOVE this workout. I love the way it's set up..there's not the usual "tifting" take it from the top. Each song has a routine and then it's time to move on to the next dance. I love Kari Anderson's personality so warm. Very fun.

Whenever someone asks after a workout that is a party in a box, I recommendt this one.  I'm no dancer. I have two left feet, but I like to dance so I dance along with kari, in the kid's play room.
The music is fun, with well known melodies. Each song is one dance and the moves are repeated until the song is over. Then you're done with those moves. If you don't like one particular song, you can skip to the next.
Kari is professional, pleasant and emphasizes fun in this workout.  
Anyone can do it and enjoy it. There is no modifier, but Kari offers modifications here and there.

I was afraid to get this one because I am so uncoordinated... I am so glad that I got over my fear and got this own... This is a very fun workout with sweat included!  Sometimes a good workout just needs to be fun...
