This was my first Sadie workout and I really like it.  The background ocean is wonderful but what makes it great is her excellent instruction.  The moves are challenging which is a plus and I like the dual concentration on upper and lower body.  I will be looking for more of her workouts.

The jury is still out for me on this. I love Sadie's low key cheery style. It's like working out with your best friend. It's got the great Element background and Sadie has incorporated a lot of her signature Barre3 moves. However, this felt a little flat to me compared to her other workouts. Maybe it's the Element voiceover that sounds kind of dull and robotic. Or maybe it's the sequencing of her moves. It felt repetitious. I usually love Barre3 but the 2 workouts here felt like clock watchers to me and I couldn't wait for them to end. Sorry Sadie!

I am so glad Sadie from barre3 did a workout for Element. The setting is lovely and the music beautiful as always with Element videos. This has two, 30 min workouts-one all standing and the next mostly floor toning that uses a rolled up towel or the mini ball. This is an excellent DVD that has 2 complete workout routines that represent the best of Barre3. Sadie cues in voice-over style and it is a great workout!
