Pilates DVDs can be a bit "same old, same old", so I'm always looking for one that brings something unique to my practice. "Do More Pilates: Mat Series" fits the bill — it has a lovely flow and light jazzy soundtrack. Instructors Niece Pecenka and Bea Wood have impeccable form and provide excellent cueing. The DVD is chaptered, so you can mix and match segments, or add one or two to another workout. My favourite is "Core Strength + Balance", a short but challenging full-body routine.
