I like that you can mix and match each workout on this disk.  I did Cardio Level 1, total body toning level 1, and abs.  The cardio reminded me of Lesley S., with just some different moves.  She doesn't really do enough reps to really feel anything, but I think it was still a good workout for days when you don't feel like working out.  Or if you're a beginner.
