She hold certifications via STOTT Pilates, GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS, Yoga Barre and Schwinn, and the Amercian Council on Exercise. Through her work she has been featured in or contributed to magazines (including Pilates Style, SHAPE, SELF, and New Living) and television(WLSTV 9, KTLA, KABC&, NBC's The Today Show) The Bottom Line and a Core Defined is her newest DVD including a format that is dedicated entirely to core development. Patricia continues to volunteer as the fitness advisor to the nonprofit organization The JAM School Program.
