In addition to being an effective workout, dance has proven to be an invaluable weapon in my personal battle with breast cancer. I know first hand the profound healing effect it can have on the mind and body.

I love the Burlesque & Belly Dance style & wanted to try this out.
Michelle gives excellent cue's she keeps it at an excellent pace and the individual exercises prepare you for the final choreographed dance segment at the end of the dvd.
Our body is moved, rotated, stretched, elongated and strengthened and my range of motion and flexibility has noticeably changed/improved.
The video clip previews like it is too easy and not a 'real'  workout but I can attest your muscles will burn THIS IS A REAL WORKOUT & your body will be strengthened & sculpted.  During the workout I feel inspired, sexy and confident while my inner dancer is finally being released. I finish feeling wonderful because I've always said "I don't dance" well this workout is helping me in so many ways build confidence in my body & teaching me beautiful moves and soon I will be saying "I CAN DANCE!" Thanks Michelle I love this workout! I want more!
