Love cross training with dance July 23, 2014

I really love Jennifer all her dance workouts are amazing. I enjoy the Hip Hop fun to feel like your in the clubs having some swagger for those of us who can't dance. Dancing is a great way to cross train and give your body/mind a new challenge.

While this one is not my favorite of Jennifer's, I do enjoy it.  I really would not want anyone watching me try this one, but still I do not let that stop me from trying this one.  I can have fun and sweat too...all in the privacy of my own home... it just love the challenge of Jennifer's routines.
