nicely paced toning yoga April 8, 2015

I really enjoyed this yoga routine- the modifier does a nice job. You do need to be familiar with yoga I think because not a whole lot of little details are given for a newbie but the modifications suggested are good - even pigeon is really modified to a totally different position. starts off seated wtih a nice stretch then has about 25 min or so of going to plank, pushup, cobra or updog, downdog, lunge, chair, reverse crescent, warrior 1 and 2 , right angle - does maybe 2 -3 different asana combos and not super fast. not a lot of seated feel good stretchy stuff- but lunges,downdog.does include pigeon near end and some boat poses beginning and end for abs

The workout that made me like yoga November 1, 2009

This was the first yoga workout I did that wasn't too hard!  Bethany shows some wonderful modifications, gives great instructions and I definitely had room to grow with this workout.  Plus, it was different enough from other workouts~I especially enjoyed the seated warmup.  I still enjoy pulling this one out and seeing how far I've grown in my yoga practice.  Highly recommended.
