I like this best of all Cathe's spin releases. The music fits well and isn't annoying, and the sections are challenging but end at the right time. She mixes up the seated and standing work so your muscles don't get overly taxed (in a bad way).

This is my favourite cycle workout and I have quite a few. I find this the most challenging of Cathe's three cycle DVDs. The music is great which is a huge motivator for me and the onscreen clock for each song helps me work harder because I know when the break is coming. I like the variety of moves Cathe gets you to do rather than just sit or stand and I like it that she includes a Tabata drill. By the end of the workout I am soaked.

Cathe got me hooked on spinning.  I had never done it before her videos.  I used to think "how much variety can you get from pedaling a bike?"  Answer:  "With Cathe, a lot."

There is never an ounce of boredom, great variety and chit chat to keep me engaged and focused.  Music is awesome and I love the count down timer for each segment.  Makes me realize "I can do anything for X minutes longer".

Cathe says inspiring things to make me pedal harder, faster or increase the resistance.  Great workout - more spinning videos please, Cathe!

Another solid spin dvd from Cathe keep them coming. I love how she uses so much variety in standing, sitting, jumping and different cadence that your body has no time to slack. The music keeps you pumped for the ride. Cathe gives amazing the best form tips in spin workouts love that and love this workout so much.

I use the timesaver one and two premixes on this dvd. I was hoping cathe would make two 30 min workouts for spinning and this is as close as I can get. since I use the shorter premixes, I can push a little harder during some segments knowing it is not as long. similar style to her other two spin dvds.
