A solid glute workout with new moves. Cathe has done another great workout here really using different moves, speeds to make that glute burn. You will feel it the next day and I love the moved with the disk and ball. SO much challenge and variety love it.

Great Glutes focus on the butt and outer thighs.

The workout moves from one exercise to the next with breaks in between as Cathe talks to either give you time to relax or to set up the next set or exercise.

The music in Great Glutes is all instrumental.  

There is a mixture of dumbbell weight and body weight exercises. Other equipment used is the stability ball, glide disc, mat and chair.

I thought this was a good workout and had the right amount of variety without seeming all over the place.

This workout has new moves (not just regular butt lifts or endless leg raises) to keep you engaged.  The pacing is nice so you can focus on doing the move correctly.  This workout compliments Lean Legs and Abs nicely.  Nice music and the time flies by.  Also a good amount of premixes for variety.

This workout is fun & effective, and it perfectly compliments Lean Legs&Abs. While glute focused, your entire legs are worked. Standing section has some new exercises, compound moves will get the HR up & muscles talking. Loved the low lunges, dumbbell pickup & body wgt only. Cathe moves at a pace that allows you to focus on using right muscles. Loved the disk section-even Brenda wobbles at one point. Floorwork is relentless. My favorite is the chair bonus which fries calves & hamstrings. This one is a keeper.
