Great for add-on abs.  Each section is short enough to do as an add-on or you could do multiple for an ultimate challenge.

Each section is different so you get great variety without boredom.

This DVD offers a great variety of add-on core routines. My favourites are "Weights & Plates Abs" which uses gliding disks, and "Stability Ball Abs".

Highly recommended if you want to switch up your core training!

I bought this ab workout when it first came out. This dvd has 7 ab routine. Plate and Weight Based Abs is the toughest ab workout I own. It's very challenging and fun. My favorite ago workout is the stability ball abs. So much fun and you feel the burn. You do need a stability ball, med ball, gliding disc and ankle weights.
I highly recommend this dvd for someone that wants a tough ab workout.

There is so much variety on this advanced Cathe DVD. This DVD is hard but really fun and the time flies by. I'm very appreciative of the music off choice, so I can use my own tunes. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. A+

Cathe did an amazing job with this Abs Circuit workout. There are many different ab workouts and they are fun! The toughest one for me was Weights and Plates, but it's so much fun! This is a great DVD!
