This is a good travel workout since it uses minimal or easily transportable equipment (band and I use a hotel bath towel as my mat).  I think it is way too easy and short and not versatile enough.  I like it enough to keep it since I use it for easier days.  However, when I am on travel (and eating hotel food...), I want a harder workout with more cardio (this has very little) and more of an overall workout for my muscles.  I wish it had premixes for upper body focus, lower body focus and cardio.

Bottom line - good enough to use on easier days, but not versatile enough to expect a week's worth of exercises for a week of travel.
