4 of 5 Needs more for a Cathe video June 16, 2015

I like the design of this workout, but I felt as an advanced exerciser, that I needed more by the time I finished.  I would compare this to a Michelle Cardio Strength dvd, but Michelle really delivers, this one doesn't.  I just didn't feel like I had much of a workout.  I also was disappointed that she uses similar choreography in this and Lo Impact HiIT and the ab workouts were the same.  I felt a little jipped.  I paid for 2 workouts but really got one.  Overall, it was ok. I will still use it occasionally, but only when I need a lighter workout.  Really like her Lo Impact HIIT much better.

I am editing to add, that I increased my weights and used 10, 12, 15 lbs and got a much better workout.  I liked it a lot more.

I really enjoy this workout, especially the strength section. Cathe uses a variety of DBs from 8 to 20 lbs. I use the same weights or heavier and went at a slower pace.
Cardio blast are not as fun as others of her previous DVDs. I thought the blasts will work mostly the upper body cardio (e.g. mountain climbers), but they are more leg related.
Overall, very good workout. Highly recommended.
