This is my second-favorite Cathe spin DVD. It's tough but not killer and there aren't too many hover or jump segments. It's a great challenge for cardio and strength. In terms of seared and standing segments, it seemed fairly balanced. The cons-music was blah and there was no timer, like in Pedal Power and Ride.

I had never gone spinning or owned a spin bike before Cathe's spin workouts.  She converted me into a spin lover.  The above description is spot on.

I get a really good workout and can modify to be harder/easier as needed.  Cathe talks throughout giving pointers and pep talks.  I never get bored or realize I am only watching a video rather than really outside biking with my friends.  Good music too.

I enjoy using this to keep motivated in using my bike at home. Cathe is great at motivation and giving grey form tips so I use my bike in away I get the most out of it. I love the music and the back up rides make it feel we are all in it together:) Great addition to any fitness library.
