Imax 2 Format: warm-up (7 min.), ten intervals (43 min.), stretch (4 1/2 min.) Total = 54 1/2 min

Cardio and Weights.....Designed to burn body fat and shape your muscles, this circuit workout takes you through cycles of step aerobics and weight training. Each cardio cycle consists of step aerobics and concludes with a mini leg burst to strengthen the lower body. Each strength training cycle focuses on the muscle groups of the upper body. You'll conclude with a refreshing mix of traditional and nontraditional abs/core work and a relaxing stretch.

Cardio & Weights Format: warm-up (5 min.), cardio and weights ( 43 min.), Abs (8 min.), stretch (4 min.) Total = 60 min.

I love Imax2 and reach for it often.  It is very fun with fun music that has me singing all day.  The moves are easy to learn (especially if you are familiar with Cathe).  She does each move 6 times and then has an interval blast to get your HR way up there for a few minutes...then repeat for 10 times.  Cardio and Weights is also a great body workout that keeps you engaged, sweaty and in shape.

The footwork is tricky in Imax 2 but it's really fun. I'm not good with step choreography and find some of the routines really tough to get down. I tend to trip over my own feet but it helps that Cathe repeats each step routine 6 times. I like the blasts; they're easy to follow but get my heart rate up. The music is absolutely great - it makes the workout so much fun, and Cathe seems like she's having a good time too. I haven't tried Cardio and Weights yet.
