This series from Cathe got me to quit my gym membership and workout only from home - with better results.  Cathe uses moderate weight with moderate reps, but you could easily modify it and use heavier weights with lower reps for a switch-up.  There is a shorter premix you can use to double up with her Gym Style Chest/Tri for a full upper body workout.  I got great muscle tone from this workout.

I love this workout! I love the fact that the Gym Style DVDs are split into groups (3 dvds in total)  so you can rotate them nicely!  Cathe´s cuing is spot on and I really feel like Ive had a good workout after!  Buy it!
