Gym Style: Chest & Triceps workout DVD is approximately 48 minutes in length and will provide you with a very intense and thorough workout. You will start your chest workout with drop sets of push ups to get a TOTAL pump in your chest. There is a slight rest between every set of push ups. Be sure to use whatever modification necessary if standard push ups do not suit you (ie: do them on your knees, or use push up handle bars. etc). After that you will go on to standard, yet tried and true, exercises with a heavy weight and controlled rep speed (mostly a 2/2 count) with moderate rests between sets. We all agreed that at the end of the chest workout, our pec's were pumped and on fire. Triceps will leave you equally pumped and challenged. Especially with the inclusion of the band bonus burns, yowsa!

This series from Cathe got me to quit my gym membership and workout only from home - with better results.  Cathe uses moderate weight with moderate reps, but you could easily modify it and use heavier weights with lower reps for a switch-up.  There is a shorter premix you can use to double up with her Gym Style Back/Sh/Bi for a full upper body workout.  I got great muscle tone from this workout.

I have been doing Jari Love for months now and have had really good results with her but I felt my body was becoming too used to it so wanted to shake things up.  I have never used a Cathe DVD but am well aware of her popularity so thought I´d give her a go.  I ordered this and the BACK, SHOULDERS AND BICEPS DVD the good thing is that each DVD targets different muscle areas so I think there is less chance of over training.  I use these on alternate days and whilst Jari does hundreds of reps, or at least thats what it feels like Cathe does the usual 3 sets of 12 reps so I find I can go much heavier.  I have been using this DVD for about 3 weeks and can definately see improvment.  The bonus burn with the band is a killer. I will be ordering some more Cathe DVDS very soon.
