There is also an option to play the workout with or without music so you can play your favorite songs!

Jeanette has made cardio a blast with this one. The combinations of kicks and punches are easy to follow. You get a great solid sweaty workout in. Great addition for anyone who wants a fun cardio workout.

Non-stop kickboxing and toning fun - the workout is long but there is no dread factor; the moves are simple and the rep count high......Jeanette is as always buff and personable.  Ends with a great core section and stretch, and all segments are chaptered so it is easy to change the order.
