I didn't have the opportunity to take dance classes when I was a kid, so I grab every dance workout I can.  
The Good:  Lots of cool dance moves that don't fall into the typical aerobic dance category.  I'd say there's a strong jazz dance influence.
DVD has a "Learn the Moves" menu with each move broken down in individual chapters so you can pick & choose specific moves you might struggle with and get extra instruction on those.
Great upbeat music.
Excellent cuing.
2 Workout options - a 30 minutes or 60 minute.
The Not-so-Good:  Because there's a Learn the Moves section, I was hoping there wasn't going to be a lot (if any) breaking down the moves during the workout.  There is some, though not nearly as comprehensive as the tutorial section.  I would have loved to see even less breaking it down and more strictly dancing during the actual workout, but it's still most definitely a winner for me.

For some reason Moreno's workouts leave me feeling energized whenever I finish doing one... I feel tired but a few minutes after I finish the energized feeling flows over me... Maybe this just means that her workouts are right at my level...
