No matter how many workout DVDs I own (now over 1200) I still use this workout on a regular basis.  In spite of its age, it is still a wonderful non-impact, easy on the joints workout that I can do in my pajamas.  

The leg work is exceptional and even though there is only one triceps exercise in the entire workout, my triceps are still sore the next day.

I also adore the cheesiness of the early 80s outfits and hairstyles.  And listening to Callan trying to perfect an English accent is a total hoot.

The DVD is very well chaptered so it is easy to shorten the workout if needed.  Highly recommended.

Originally produced many years ago (I had the book, then the VHS), the music is very dated and slow. Having said that, the instructor is VERY good at telling you how to do the moves correctly. It does what it says (thought I never got to the full 10 hours last time).
