I have Callanetics Countdown, Pure, and Extreme. I enjoy all of these workouts, but this one is my favourite probably because there was some time dedicated to upper body toning, whereas the others seem to do a few push-ups in passing then move on. This one included arm toning with a stretchy band and it was challenging and enjoyable, as was the remainder of the DVD. The only thing is that I personally wouldn't call it advanced, but I have been doing these kinds of workouts for a while, so it may be advanced for others.
