I love Callanetics, it's a very effective workout method. It has slimmed my hips and cinched in my abs. A day after the leg exercises I feel it the next day. It has toned my legs and lifted my butt. Lacey is an excellent instructor with very good cuing. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is the repetitiveness of level 3. I'm sure this is just a personal gripe.  I know I couldn't do the DVD 30 days straight so I broke up the longest level (3) into three times a week for five weeks then 2 times for two weeks. I know. I just got so bored doing the same workout. Other than that the workouts were good and I plan to include Callanetics in my future rotations. I'll just use various DVDs! 🙂
