I really like the fun feel of this workout along with the fact that you can break it up into shorter sections. You can do one or all, whatever you have time to do. Although none of the moves in this workout are at a more advanced level, it is the repetition that gets the work done. The ab section is amazing and has both a standing and floor section. There is fun music, however, some may not like the voice of the instructor who is a little over the top. That did not bother me as much, I was just motivated to look good for swimsuit season!

This is my favorite DVD, she is fun and easy to follow, the music its good, and I could see results specially on my belly, I think this is a good workout to combine with another more intensive. I use it when I dont feel like jumping around but still want to make my body work.
