2. STABILITY BALL STRETCHING

3. BAND-BASED STRETCHING

I am a Cathe and yoga practitioner and I love this three (3) part series. So many days there is not enough time for a yoga/stretch along with more cardio/strength. This is a perfect addition, even if you have 20 minutes or less to fit it in.  All three stretches have great variety and you use your entire body.  This will be one you will go back to time and time again.  The music is a beautiful and soothing compliment to the program..

I often do this video as the full 60 minutes.  I start off doing just one 20 minute portion and find myself so relaxed I just do the next 2 segments.  My favorite is the segment with the band, but they are all good and get deep in the muscles.

Stretch Max has three 20-minute stretch workouts that you can together or separately.  

I use these workouts at the end of my cardio or strength training workouts as an extra stretch and cool down.  Sometimes there isn't enough on the main workout which makes these short segments perfect for adding on afterwards.

I use this DVD on a regular basis and I adore it! You can do the full 60 minutes or do one of the 20 minute premixes for a quick stretch! The music is relaxing and it targets the entire body. For anywho needs to stretch or wants an additional stretch after a long and hardcore workout, this is perfect! No tricky moves and no flashy gimmicks here, just pure stretch! I used this during Physical Therapy also and it helped to stretch my joints each day. I love this one and it just makes you so relaxed and feel so refreshed! This is a keeper! I have a dozen+ yoga/pilates DVDs and none of them I do, but for Stretch Max!
