DISCLAIMER: I haven't done the full workout enough to comment on it!  But, I love and Just KEEP doing that darn lower body bonus!  It hurts sooo good.  It's killer, but it's short.  The instructor is nice (I much prefer her to Richard, he leads the main workout).  I truly think this dvd is worth it for bonuses alone.  The lower body one is such a great add on and such a time efficeint good one for really busy days.  NOTE: This is really the only CB that ADVANCED exercisers need; the advanced workout on 4-in-1 in nearly identical.

In all honesty, I have not yet made it through the entire Ultimate Advanced workout but that is the beauty of CardioBarre, you progress with these routines so, if you can't make it through the first time, you just keep trying. The two Bonus workouts, Power Thighs and Power Arms are worth the price of this DVD, both seriously fun but deeply intense workouts. Yes, CardioBarre is VERY fast paced and I really don't understand why that comes as a surprise to some people? I HIGHLY recommend getting the first CB DVD and mastering the less advanced classes before attempting this one. I really like Richard and the two female instructors in the Bonus workouts are both great,too.
CardioBarre is fast paced, incredibly intense and alot of fun to do,time flys by. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I honestly wanted to like Cardio Barre and I gave it two thorough tries but it didn't persuade me. The driving fast music made me feel tense along with the crazy fast moves. If you can ignore the music and go at your own pace then these workouts are a must-have for the ballet/barre enthusiast. There are tons of reps of each move and the entire body gets thoroughly worked. The bonus arm and glute workouts are excellent though super fast of course.

Cardio Barre workouts are a must have for anyone wanting to tone the buttocks and hamstrings, you'll also get rid of saddlebags with the floor exercises.   I will definitely use these workouts in all of my rotations to keep a lean and sculpted look.
