Overall, I enjoyed this one. It didn't feel as intense as the earlier iterations of BB, but my heart rate was in the work zone through the cardio blast. Nice combo of weight segments with cardio blasts. The higher impact segments weren't long, which is great since I'm cutting back on the impact. My one beef is that I didn't care for a couple of the compound strength exercises, but it's easy to modify.

I was hesitant to buy this,as I really hated Amy's other Breathless dvd's but I was sold on the idea of her adding weights to the mix,as I prefer strength to cardio any day.I really loved the format of this DVD and loved all of the excercises.Some of Amy's other dvd's left me tripping over myself during the cardio but this was easy to follow and fun.I always know a DVD is a keeper if after sweating through it I have more energy then before I started and can't wait to do it again!Love this one!
